You may use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes such as learning about SKN Scholars, making a donation, and contacting our team. You agree not to attempt to disrupt the site, gain unauthorized access to its systems, or use automated tools to scrape content beyond what is reasonable.

All donations are voluntary. Once a gift is processed, it is allocated to the school and student you selected and used to pay vendors directly for books, uniforms, and award materials. Refunds may be issued only in the case of duplicate or erroneous transactions, and only when requested before funds have been disbursed to a vendor.

SKN Scholars is a registered nonprofit in St. Kitts and Nevis. US 501(c)(3) registration is planned. Tax treatment of any donation depends on your jurisdiction; please consult your own tax advisor.

The SKN Scholars name, logo, photographs, written content, and design are owned by SKN Scholars or its contributors. You may share short excerpts and link to pages on this site, but you may not republish substantial content, modified versions, or derivative works without our written permission.

The website is provided as-is. We work to keep information accurate and the site available, but we make no warranties about uninterrupted access, freedom from errors, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SKN Scholars and its directors are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
