SKN Scholars respects the privacy of every donor, partner, and visitor to this website. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

When you donate, we collect the information needed to process your gift and acknowledge it: your name, email address, postal address (if provided), the school you selected, the amount, and the payment method. Card details are processed by our payment provider and are never stored on our servers.

When you contact us by email, we keep the contents of your message and your email address so that we can respond. We do not add you to a mailing list without your consent.

When you browse the website, our hosting provider records standard server logs: IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps. These are used for security and performance, not for advertising.

We use donor information to process your gift, send a written confirmation, match your contribution to a student and vendor, and report on the outcome. With your permission, we may publish your name in donor recognition lists. We will never publish your address, email, or contribution amount without explicit consent.

We do not sell, rent, or trade donor information with any third party. Donor records are kept for the period required by St. Kitts and Nevis nonprofit reporting rules.

This website uses a small number of cookies to keep the site working, for example to remember your selections during a donation session. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Privacy-respecting analytics may be added in the future, and this policy will be updated when that happens.

Online card payments are handled by a regulated payment processor. The processor receives the information needed to complete the transaction and is bound by its own privacy policy and the card-network rules. Bank transfers are processed by CIBC FirstCaribbean. Email communications travel through standard email infrastructure.

You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where the law allows. Write to info@sknscholars.org and we will respond within a reasonable time.
